In the event that any or all sections of the ordinance <br />setting minimum and maximum salaries is determined to be contrary to <br />law, then, and in that event, the maximum salaries as set forth in <br />this ordinance shall be the salaries for the classifications to which <br />they pertain. <br />SECTION III.
