ORDINANCE NO. 5- '100 -7-y AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $12,250.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC SAFETY PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENTS OF PUBLIC SAFETY. WHEREAS$ additional funds are needed by the Depart- ment of Public Safety to administer certain Public Safety pro- grams and to insure the Departments ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1974. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $121250.00 is hereby appropriated for the year of 1974 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
