(famatitUt Irport <br />Wo tkt Tomm u (gonard of thr (Ong of ooat4 Wrad: <br />Your Committee of the Whole <br />to whom was referred <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000.00 <br />FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, <br />FOR VARIOUS HUMAN RESOURCE PROGRAMS, TO <br />BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN <br />RESOURCES. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Ordinance should be <br />recommended favorably to the Common Council, as amended: <br />Amend description to read "Real Estate" and add the <br />following phrase: <br />"and commonly designated 420 North Frances Street; <br />and subject to a purchase price which shall be <br />not greater than the average of not less than <br />two appraisals by two or more members of a <br />national appraisal association; and including <br />remodeling costs necessary to meet minimum <br />state code." <br />Odell Newburn <br />Chairman <br />,... ..... q j. ......MIN.... <br />
