ORDINANCE N0. 5 -7 9s --;S AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,000.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE CAP- ITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND, IN- OBLIGATED SURPLUS, TO ACCOUNT NO. 0610.0 "INTEREST ON BONDS AND NOTES" AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IM- PROVEMENT BUDGET OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, an additional appropriation of $6,000.00 is necessary for Account No. 0610.0 "Interest on Bonds and Notes ", Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund, in order to fulfill the interest expense obligations due in 1975; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; SECTION I. That the sum of $6,000.00 be, and hereby is, approp- riated from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to Account No. 0610.0 "Interest on Bonds and Notes ". SECTION II.
