//6 ORDINANCE M. S 7 9 a- S AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $390,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS HUMAN RESOURCES PROGRAMS, TO BE AD- MINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES. WHEREAS, various Federal Assistance Programs in the year 1974 were proposed by the City of South Bend, established by ordinance, funds appropriated for these programs by the Common Council, and these Federal Assistance Programs were not completed as of December 31, 1974; and WHEREAS, the Indiana State Board of Tax Commissioners has ruled that all unencumbered balances in Revenue Sharing appropriations must revert to the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund on December 31.of each year; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the December 31, 1974, balances in the follow- ing appropriation, w is reverted back to the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, be and hereby is re- appropriated to complete the project as intended, in the amount of $390.000.00.
