ORDINANCE NO. 5789 -75 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15,137.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF LAW. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Law to administer certain law enforcement programs and to ensure the department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1975. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $15,137.00 is hereby appropriated for the year of 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Funds. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Law and will be distributed as set forth below: Program FA42 "Legal Staff Assistants" Account Description Amount Services 120.0 Wages $14,300.00 Personal Current 620.0 Obligations Total Wages FICA Total FA42 $14,300.00 837.00 $15,137.00 SECTION II.
