(g) When any matter has been referred to a <br />committee, the councilman introducing the same shall <br />have the right to meet with such committee during <br />its deliberations thereon, but shall not vote. <br />(h) A committee may not erase, interline or <br />blot any ordinance, resolution or other paper referred <br />to it; but must enter upon a separate paper any amend- <br />ments it may propose, stating the words which it is <br />proposed to insert or omit, and make reference to <br />page, line and words of the original paper. <br />(i) All reports of committee shall be in <br />writing, and majority reports shall be signed by a <br />majority of the members thereof. <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force <br />and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed January 13, 1975, as amended. <br />-2- <br />
