ORDINANCE NO. s ,78a - ,74/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $62,500.00 <br />TO ACCOUNT NO. 440.0 'MATERIALS" IN THE CUMULATIVE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND BUDGET FROM THE CUMULATIVE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br />since the adoption of the existing annual budget of the Cumulative <br />Capital Improvement Fund Budget so that it is now necessary to <br />appropriate more money than was originally appropriated, in order <br />to insure the fund's ability to properly perform its functions, and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus currently exists in the Cumulative <br />Capital Improvement Fund which may be appropriated for Account No. <br />440.0 "Materials "; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $62,500.00 be, and hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the <br />Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund Budget to be appropriated as set <br />forth below: <br />$62,500.00 in Account No. 440.0 1T11aterials" <br />SECTION II.
