ORDINANCE NO. S 7 7 8- 9 q <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $9,500.00 FROM ACCOUNT <br />261.0 "LANDFILL ", $7,000.00 GOING TO ACCOUNT <br />722.0 MOTOR EQUIPMENT, AND $2,500.00 TO ACCOUNT <br />321.0 GASOLINE AND REPAIRS. ALL THREE ACCOUNTS <br />BEING WITHIN THE BUREAU OF SOLID WASTE BUDGET <br />WITHIN THE SANITATION FUND OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are required over those previously <br />appropriated for a certain account within the Bureau of Solid Waste <br />Budget, and, <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is not <br />presently needed. This surplus is shown more specifically as follows, <br />to wit: <br />$9,500 in Account 261.0 "Landfill" <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. That the Account 261.0 "Landfill" be reduced by <br />$9,500.00, and t is amount be appropriated and transferred as follows: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />722.0 "Motor Equipment" $7,000.00 <br />321.0 "Gasoline & Repairs" 2,500.00 <br />SECTION II.
