Michigan <br />Street and is the one recommended by a committee composed of rep - <br />reserta tives of the city administration, the Common Council, and REAL <br />Services. <br />This ordinance represents a reaffirmation of a committment by <br />the city to develop better services for senior citizens. <br />Your favorable consideration will be appreciated. <br />WPH /ed <br />Sincerely, <br />William P.
