ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $132,000 FROM THE FEDERAL <br />ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL <br />REVENUE SHARING FOR VARIOUS HUMAN RESOURCE PROGRAMS, <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH <br />ITS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Hunan <br />Resources to administer certain human resource programs and to insure the <br />department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of <br />1975. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sun of $132,000 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year of 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as <br />the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered <br />by the Department of Hunan Resources and will be distributed as set forth <br />below: <br />Program FA 77 "Older Adult Comprehensive Service Center" <br />Account Description Amount <br />Properties 726.0 Real Estate $132,000 <br />and commonly designated 622 North Michigan Street; and subject to a purchase <br />price which shall be not greater than the average of not less than two <br />appraisals by two or more members of a national appraisal association; and <br />including remodeling costs necessary to meet minimum state code. <br />SECTION II.
