Miller <br />Mayor <br />Febraury 19, 1975 <br />Members of the Common Council <br />County -City Building <br />227 West Jefferson Blvd. <br />South bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Gentlemen: <br />The South Bend Bureau of Police, through the Depart- <br />ment of Public Safety, is hereby requesting twelve thousand, <br />six hundred dollars ($12,600.00) to be appropriated from <br />the General Revenue Sharing Fund, to establish a contractual <br />services account for Coordination of Police Computer Services. <br />The South Bend Community School Corporation has pro- <br />vided this service through employment of a civilian Dir- <br />ector. Rather than attempt to meet current salary increases, <br />we are going to contract with the School Corporation to <br />provide spceified services at a fixed rate. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this ordinance. <br />Respectfully,, <br />4 &"V John H.
