ORDINANCE NO. 5809 -75 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $4,703.30 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. WHEREAS, the Crest Manor Subdivision, Section 2 and 3, has been constructed pursuant to a contract between Bradberry Brothers, Incorporated, and the Civil City of South Bend; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the amount of $4,703.30 for its 50o portion of this Barrett Law Project; and WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the city's share of the assessed cost of said construction; and WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been established. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. That the sum of $4,703.30 be appropriated from the Cumulivative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project and in the amount set forth below: Crest Manor Subdivision, Section 2 and 3 $4,703.30 SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require- ments.
