ORDINANCE NO. 5809 -75 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$4,703.30 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO THE <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br />WHEREAS, the Crest Manor Subdivision, Section 2 and <br />3, has been constructed pursuant to a contract between Bradberry <br />Brothers, Incorporated, and the Civil City of South Bend; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the <br />amount of $4,703.30 for its 50o portion of this Barrett Law <br />Project; and <br />WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the city's <br />share of the assessed cost of said construction; and <br />WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund <br />has been established. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $4,703.30 be appropriated <br />from the Cumulivative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project <br />and in the amount set forth below: <br />Crest Manor Subdivision, Section 2 and 3 <br />$4,703.30 <br />SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force <br />and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its <br />approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory require- <br />ments. <br />Passed February 24, 1975, as <br />
