ORDINANCE NO. S F66 -7.S AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SLIM OF $61,804.51 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. WHEREAS, the Northwest Sanitary Sewer has been constructed pursuant to a contract between Dye Plumbing & Heating, Incorporated and the Civil City of South Bend; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the amount of $61,804.51 for its 50 %portion of this Barrett Law Project; and WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the City's share of the assessed cost of said construction; and WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been established. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; SECTION I. That the sum of $61,804.51 be appropriated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the project and in the amount set forth below. Northwest Sanitary Sewer Project $61,804.51 SECTION II.
