ORDINANCE NO. 57 80a - -7 5- <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 8 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA RELATING TO THE PAY PERIOD <br />FOR ALL OFFICERS AND CITY EMPLOYEES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. Section 2 -44 of Article 8 (previously <br />Article 10) of Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />Payments for personal services to all officers <br />and employees of the City shall be made bi- weekly on every <br />other Friday with the first such pay period of the year commenc- <br />ing no later than the first Friday following the initial two <br />weeks pay period. <br />SECTION II.
