I (We), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, :to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of'South Bend as hereinafter requested, and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: 1. The.property sought to be rezoned is located at: 300 Block East LaSalle Street 2. The property is owned by: Millrace, Inc. 3. A legal description of the property is as follows: A part of lots 10, 11, and 12 of the Original Plat to the Town of Lowell, now the City of South Bend, Indiana and a portion of the vacated first alley running East of Sycamore Street to the East Race, which alley is the first alley Norty of and parallel to LaSalle Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana; the first alley vacated East of Sycamore Street running North and South to the first alley North of the North line of LaSalle Avenue; and a part of lots 27, 28, and 29 of the plat of Miller and Green's Second Addition to the town of Lowell, now the City of South Bend, Indiana and a part of the West leg of the East Race, and the above several parcels are more particularly de- scribed as bounded by a line running as fol- lows, viz: Beginning 86 feet East of the East line of vacated Sycamore Street on the North line of East LaSalle Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana; thence North 323.69 feet (bearing n (Over)
