Based upon motions made by Valerie Schey, seconded by Karen White and supported by a majority the <br />bills were forwarded with no recommendation. <br />In that the budget bills being considered reflected changes requested by the Council according to the <br />Mayor, it was all but a foregone conclusion the bills would be continued for final action at a special <br />meeting on Wednesday October 30, 2013. <br />Chairman Varner adjourned at 5:30 P.M. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Dr. David Varner, Chairperson <br />Personnel & Finance <br />*3 Attachments <br />
