PUBLIC WORKS & PROPERTY VACATION OCTOBER 28, 2013 3:30 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Oliver Davis, Valerie Schey, Dr. David Varner, Gavin Ferlic <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Karen White, Derek <br />Dieter <br />Citizen Members Present: Vacant <br />Others Present: Mike Keen, Dr. George Friend, Mike Danch, Chris Fielding, Pam <br />Meyer, Kathryn Roos, Erin Blasko, Karen Ainsley <br />Agenda: Bill 58 -13 Vacate —Alley Georgiana / Napoleon <br />Burns / Duey <br />This meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee had but one item on the agenda, a <br />request to vacate two stub alley remnants. Each runs approximately 56' North from an East /West alley <br />Georgiana and Duey St. The request was initiated by the City and presented by Mike Danch of Danch <br />Harner & Associates for the City. <br />At Chairman Oliver Davis request Mr. Danch provided Councilmembers a plot plan (attached) illustrating <br />the vacation requests. There was no one from the public present, nor were there any Council questions. <br />On a motion by Valerie Schey seconded by Gavin Ferlic and unanimously supported bill 58 -13 was sent <br />to full Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />Oliver adjourne a hearing at 3:33 P.M. <br />rson <br />arty Vacation <br />
