COMMUNITY INVESTMENT <br />OCTOBER 22, 2013 4:00 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Gavin Ferlic, Henry Davis, Valerie Schey (AB), Fred Ferlic (AB) <br />Other Council Present: Tim Scott, David Varner, Oliver Davis (AB), Karen White (AB), Derek Dieter (AB) <br />Citizen Members: Janeen Crane (AB), Patrick Mullin (AB) <br />Others Present: Karen Ainsley <br />Agenda: Tour 1005 Portage Ave. (Tip Top Bakery) <br />After a brief introduction of the dozen or so present Karen Ainsley, President of the Near Northwest <br />Neighborhood Organization (NNN) briefly described the restoration project. <br />Everyone intending to tour the Ward /Ford Building across the street from NNN offices was asked to sign <br />a release of liability form. The group proceeded to the building to begin the tour after the <br />approximately one half hour walk through some of the group returned to the NNN offices to see <br />architect's renderings of the completed project. <br />Chairman Gavin Ferlic adjourned the meeting at 4:41 P.M. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />i <br />J <br />Gavin Ferlic, Chairperson <br />Community Investment <br />
