S 8 _&/ _ 12 s <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $150,000.00 FROM THE <br />COMYMITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND, FOR VARIOUS <br />PUBLIC PARKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTIi BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF <br />PUBLIC PARKS. <br />RHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Public Parks to administer certain public parks programs and to insure <br />the department's ability to properly perform its functions during the <br />year 1975. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $150,000.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year 19 5 rom the Community Development Grant Fund. This approp- <br />riation is to be administered by the Department of Public Parks and will <br />be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM CD 3 <br />PIER PARK <br />Account Amount <br />Other Contractual Services 260.0 $150,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
