JOSEPH BANK AND TRUST <br />COMPANY, AN INDIANA BANKING ASSOCIATION; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND CON- <br />FIRMING THE SALE OF $2,300,000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1975 (ST. JOSEPH DEVELOPMENT CO., INC.
