ORDINANCE NO. 5ctgj --)e, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AND MIDLAND ENGINEERING COMPANY, INCORPORATED FOR <br />THE REROOF AND REPAIR OF THE OLIVE STREET PUMPING <br />STATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,425.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau of Water of <br />South Bend, Indiana, and the Midland Engineering Company, Incorporated, <br />South Bend, Indiana, on the 2nd day of February, 1976, pursuant to <br />advertising and receipt of bids, as the repair and reroof, specifications <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, of the Olive Street Pumping <br />Station is necessary in the operation of said Bureau of Water for a total <br />cost not to exceed $8,425.00, is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
