ORDINANCE 1\10. 5pyg_ 5' AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER ". OF FUNDS WITHIN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00 FROM LINE ITEM 110 "SERVICES PERSONAL" TO LINE ITEM 262 "MEDICAL- SURGICAL - DENTAL ", BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and *HZEASS, additional funds are needed by the South Bend Fire Department to meet expenses and to assure that Department's ability to properly perform its functions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is not presently needed, and more specifically as follows, to -wit: $5,000.00 in Line Item 110 "Services Personal" NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend: SECTION I. That the sum of $5,000.00 be transferred from Line Item 110 "Services Personal" to Line Item 262 'Vedical- Surgical - Dental ", both accounts being within the Fire Department Budget of the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana. SECTION II.
