ORDINANCE NO. 5835 -75 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR <br />VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMIN- <br />ISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH <br />ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department <br />of Public Works to administer certain public works programs and to <br />insure the department's ability to properly perform its functions <br />during the year 1975. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $25,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
