ORDINANCE NO. 5835 -75 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMIN- ISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public Works to administer certain public works programs and to insure the department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1975. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: SECTION I. The sum of $25,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
