ORDINANCE NO. 58.>'a - ,257 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15,675.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC <br />WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC <br />WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public <br />Works to administer certain public works programs and to insure the <br />Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year <br />1975. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $15,675.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to <br />be administered by the Department of Public Works through its Bureau <br />of Solid Waste and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />TOTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION $15,675 <br />Section II.
