To be administered by the City of South Bend through its Department of Public Works. WHEREAS, additional.funds are needed by the Department of.Public Works to administer certain.public works programs and to insure the department's ability to properly perform its.functions during the year of 1975. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by.the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: Section I. That.the.sum of $4,690.00 is hereby appropri- ated for the year of 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant-Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue. Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of-Public Works and will be distributed as set forth below: PROGRAM FA 79 "BUREAU OF TRAFFIC EQUIPMENT REPAIRS" Account Description Amount Contractuals 252 Equipment Repairs $ 4,690.00 TOTAL FA 79 $ 4,690.00 Section II.
