ORDINANCE NO.. -? c. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 125, 000.00 <br />FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, <br />FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Public Works to administer certain public works programs and to insure <br />the Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year <br />1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED bythe Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $125, 000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation is to <br />be administered by the Department of Public Works and will be distributed <br />as set forth below: <br />Program FA 103 - Century Center <br />Account Description Amount <br />Contractual 260.1 Other Contractual Serv. $ 125, 000.00 <br />TOTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION 125, 000.00 <br />SECTION II.
