ORDINANCE NO. 5963 -76 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $ 81,869.12 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. WHEREAS, certain Barrett Law Sewer projects have been constructed in accordance with the bids and resolutions submitted to and approved by the Board of Public Works; and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed as follows on the projects; Fellows - Widener Sanitary Sewers $ 73,591.97 Crest Manor Sanitary Sewers 8,277.15 WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the City's share of the assessed cost of said construction; and WHEREAS, a Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been established which can legally incur costs of this nature, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; SECTION I. That the sum of $ 81,869.12 be appropriated from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund to the General Improve- ment Fund for costs as set forth below. Fellows - Widener Sanitary Sewer $ 73,591.97 Crest Manor Sanitary Sewer 8,277.15 SECTION II.
