ORDINANCE NO. 5962 -76 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $ 10,504.36 FROM THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. WHEREAS, the Elwood Sidewalk Project has been constructed in accordance to a bid and resolution submitted to and approved by the Board of Public Works, and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend was assessed in the amount of $ 10,504.36 for its portion of this Barrett Law Project; and WHEREAS, funds are now needed to pay the City's share of the assessed cost of said construction; and WHEREAS, a Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund has been established to incur costs of this nature, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; SECTION I. The sum of $ 10,504.36 be appropriated from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the General Improvement Fund. SECTION II.
