ORDINANCE NO. 5961-76 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $9,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING TO PROGRAM FA 101 STREET DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU OF STREETS. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Streets to administer certain street construction programs and to insure the Bureau's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1976. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I: That the sum of $9,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly knows as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
