ORDINANCE NO. 5958 -76 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 32,500.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS FIRE EQUIP- <br />MENT, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU OF FIRE SAFETY. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Fire <br />Protection to insure the Department's ability to properly perform <br />its functions during the year of 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $ 32,500.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year of 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
