ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 10 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 2 -47B PERTAINING TO REIMBURSE- MENTS FOR ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIVE OF- FICIALS, EMPLOYEES, AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, as follows: SECTION I. The code of the City of South read as follows: Sec. 2 -47 B. R officials, emplovees. and following section of the municipal Bend, Indiana, shall be amended to elective and appointi (a) Elective and appointive officials, employees, and council members shall be required to file within thirty (30) days from the date of the reimbursable activity a proper claim form for which reimbursement is to be made. (b) Such written claims shall be filed on the proper form within the department or official's office and shall fully itemize and describe when the activity took place, what the activity was, where the activity was located, and the total amount. (c) Each claimant shall properly certify as to the correctness of the amount due. (d) All claim forms shall be accompanied by receipts of the reimbursable activities. SECTION II.
