ORDINANCE NO. SV41'76 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 200,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU OF STREETS. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Streets to administer certain street improvement programs and to insure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year of 1976. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: SECTION I. That the sum of $200,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year of 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Bureau of Streets and will be distributed as set forth below: Program FA98 Street Improvement Materials Account Description Amount Materials 440.0 Other Materials $ 200,000.00 SECTION II.
