ORDINANCE NO. SV41'76 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 200,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC <br />WORKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU OF STREETS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of <br />Streets to administer certain street improvement programs and to <br />insure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions <br />during the year of 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $200,000.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year of 1976 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. This <br />appropriation is to be administered by the Bureau of Streets and will <br />be distributed as set forth below: <br />Program FA98 Street Improvement Materials <br />Account Description Amount <br />Materials 440.0 Other Materials $ 200,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
