ORDINANCE NO. SNY t/ 7 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $13,000.00 FROM ACCOUNT # 110.0 SALARIES & WAGES TO ACCOUNT # 260.0 OTHER CONTRACTUALS. BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE COMMON COUNCIL'S BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Common Council in the General Fund, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions; and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for various accounts with in the Council's Budget, in the General Fund, budget to assure that departments ability to properly perform its functions; and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in other accounts of the Council's budget in the General Fund, which are not presently needed: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I.
