ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,400.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, <br />FOR THE REVISION OF THE SOUTH BEND <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS LAW DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department <br />of Law to revise the South Bend Municipal Code during the year of <br />1975. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $3,400.00 is hereby <br />appropriated for the year of 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant <br />Fund, commonly known as the General Revenue Sharing Funds.
