ORDINANCE NO. S' -1 (� <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. <br />5906 -75, AMENDING SECTIONS 20 -18 and <br />20 -55, CHAPTER 20, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, <br />IN THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1971. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 5906 -75, in Section III, shall <br />be amended to read as follows: <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage by the Common Council, its <br />approval by the Mayor and the fulfillment of all statutory <br />requirements and publication as required by law. <br />SECTION II.
