ORDINANCE NO. ^% <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $195,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS FIRE <br />EQUIPMENT, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU OF FIRE SAFETY. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Fire <br />Protection to insure the Departmentts ability to properly perform its func- <br />tions during the year of 1975. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend as follows: <br />Section I. That the sum of $195,000.00 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year of 1975 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as <br />the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
