ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $3,300,00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 110,0 "SALARIES" TO ACCOUNT NO, 261.0 "PROMOTIONAL EXPENSE ", THE SUM OF $800,00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 214,0 "TELEPHONE & TELEGRAPH, AND THE SUM OF $600.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 215.0 "CAR ALLOWANCE ", TO ACCOUNT NO. 520,0 "RENTS", ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT PROGRAM F.A. 50 "CIVIC CENTER AUTHORITY" OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the appropriation ordinance for the Civic Center Authority so that it is now necessary to transfer funds within its budget in order to fulfill its governmental functions and responsibilities; and WHEREAS, certain accounts within this aforementioned budget have a surplus which is not currently required and may be transferred to other accounts; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I.
