ORDINANCE No. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, CHAPTER 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FORMERLY REFERRED TO AS ZONING ORDINANCE NO.3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 4990 -68, Chapter 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend, Indiana, formerly known as Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "A" Residence District to "B" Residence District: "Lots 3,4,5,6,7 and 8, as shown on the recorded Plat of Tuxedo Park First Addition to South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, together with the strip of land 35 feet in width, more or less, running along the entire East side of said Lot 8 from the North line of Jefferson Boulevard North to the South line of Marshall Street, being the same and identical strip of land which was formerly known as 26th Street and which was heretofore vacated as a public Street, by action of the Board of Public Works and Safety under Vacation Resolution Number 2824, in St.Joseph County,Indiana." Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publication. 1975.
