Transferring the Sum of $60.00 Between Various Accounts in the Human Rights Commission Fund

ORDINANCE NO. 5 4 / 5-,2 5- AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $60.00 BETWEEN VARIOUS ACCOUNTS IN THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FUND, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FUND, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Human Rights Commission, in the Human Rights Commission Fund, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary conditions: and WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for various accounts within the Human Rights Commission, in_the Human- Rights Commission Fund budget to assure that departments ability to properly perform its functions: and WHEREAS, a surplus exists in various accounts of the Human Rights Commission, in the Human Rights Commission Fund, which are not presently needed: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I That the sum of $60.00 be transferred between various accounts as set forth below: Reduce the following accounts: Account No. Description Amount 361.0 Official Records $60.00 $60.00 Increasing the following account: Account NO. Description Amount 550.0 Subscription & Dues $60.00 $60.00 SECTION II.
