Roemer <br />Re: Budget Funds <br />Dear Members of the Common Council: <br />November 5, 1975 <br />At present, the Department of Law's Budget requires <br />additional funds for certain accounts beyond those <br />previously appropriated. There exists a surplus in the <br />account 261.2, "Title Insurance, Abstract and Recording" <br />in the sum of $170.45 which we ask be transferred to our <br />other accounts which are in need, We ask that this be <br />transferred such that Account 252.0, "Equipment Repair" <br />receives $72.85 and Account 262,1, "Books" receives <br />the remaining $97.60, thus expending the existing surplus. <br />The Law Department appreciates your consideration <br />of this action and continues to be in your service. <br />S'ncerel�, <br />Jam s A.
