L0qLl _ 7 io <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM <br />THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$9,000.00 TO ACCOUNTS 323.0 TIRES, AND 726.0 <br />OTHER EQUIPMENT, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE <br />BUREAU OF'STREETS OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY <br />FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary <br />the adoption of the existing annual <br />necessary to appropriate more money <br />annual budget for the various funct <br />such extraordinary emergencies; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA; <br />conditions have developed since <br />budget, so that it is now <br />than was appropriated in the <br />ions of city government to meet <br />BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of city government and its <br />institutions for the year ending December 31, 1976, <br />the following sums of money are hereby appropriated <br />and set apart out of the fund herein named and for <br />the purpose herein specified, subject to the laws <br />governing the same, and such sums herein appro- <br />priated shall be held to include all expenditures <br />authorized to be made during the year, unless <br />otherwise stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for said fiscal year there is hereby <br />appropriated out of and from the Motor Vehicle <br />Highway Fund, the following additional specified <br />amounts to meet such extraordinary conditions. <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />323.0 Supplies Tires and Tubes $3,000.00 <br />726.0 Properties Other Equipment $6,000.00 <br />TOTAL $9,000.00 <br />SECTION III.
