Con- <br />struction is progressing well, and it is expected that the building <br />will be closed by winter, and at that point, work will continue on <br />the interior portion of the building. <br />In order to prevent damage to the building during the winter, heat <br />will have to be supplied during this period. The heating system <br />has been completed, and heat can be provided. It is estimated that <br />30,000 gallons of fuel oil will be required to heat the building <br />through the month of December, 1976, and at an average rate of <br />just under 34 cents per gallon, our needs are believed to be <br />$10,000.00 <br />Your favorable consideration of this ordinance W/11 b4 appreciated. <br />rCLe simgien <br />Cont 1 er �1 <br />
