ORDINANCE NO. 42jQ3k"?ra <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS <br />PROGRAMS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND THROUGH THE BUREAU OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE <br />(MSF). <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Building <br />Maintenance to ensure the department's ability to properly perform <br />its function during the year 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. that the sum of $7,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1976 from the Federal Assistance <br />Grant Fund.
