The property sought to be rezoned is located at <br />S/E corner of St. Joseph-Street and Ireland Road <br />2. The property is owned by <br />Dr. Elmer'Graber <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />A part of the North one —half of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East described <br />as beginning at a point 918.56 feet East of the intersection <br />of the East line of the Michigan Road and the South line of <br />Ireland Road in the North half of the Southwest Quarter of <br />said Section 25; running thence South 300 feet; thence West <br />177.2 feet; thence North 300 feet; thence East 177.2 feet to <br />the place of beginning and being known as Lot Numbers 11 & 12 <br />in a proposed plat of said North half of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 25, Township 37 North, Range 2 East. <br />Subject to legal highways. <br />
