(o AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 21 OF THE CITY CODE OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, 1971, ALSO KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, AND GENERALLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 4990 -68 passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by changing the zoning classification of the following described property from "C" Commercial and "B" Residential use and "A" Height and Area to "C" Commercial use and "A" Height and Area.
