A sketch map showing the location of this tract <br />is attached for your information. <br />This property is currently included in a larger, overall area that has <br />been annexed by the City of South Bend and is now being appealed through <br />the Courts. The area immediately East of the proposed annexation area is <br />part of an older, voluntary annexation by Noel Lueneburg. The area <br />immediately to the West is part of a more recent voluntary annexation for <br />which a report was made to the Council by letter dated June 10, 1976. <br />This Department sees no problems with this annexation. City sanitary <br />sewer and City water are available to this site. A large storm reten- <br />tion basin exists in the immediate area which would provide storm water <br />storage capacity for any developments on this site. <br />If you have any further questions regarding this site, please contact me <br />at your convenience. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Rollin E.
