ORDINANCE N0. n` S -� <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO AND BRINGING WITHIN THE <br />CITY LIMITS OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CERTAIN LAND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SFCTTnN l <br />That the following described property in St. Joseph County, <br />State of Indiana, being contiguous to the present City Limits, is <br />hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 2: <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty (30), <br />Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three <br />(3) East, described as beginning at a point on <br />the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter, Seven Hundred and Thirty - <br />seven Hundredths (700.37) feet West of the <br />Southeast corner thereof, which point is on the <br />center line of a highway known as Ireland Road; <br />running thence North Four Hundred Twenty and <br />Forty -two Hundredths (420.42) feet; thence West <br />One Hundred Three and Sixty -one Hundredths <br />(103.61) feet; thence South Four Hundred Twenty <br />and Forty -two Hundredths (420.42) feet to the <br />South line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter; thence East, along said South <br />line, One Hundred Three and Sixty -one Hundredths <br />(103.61) feet to the place of beginning. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publication. <br />A membp of the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />
