ORDINANCE NO. J,, 0 1 o- 7 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$3, 928.00 TO ACCOUNT NO. 370.0 "OTHER SUPPLIES" <br />WITHIN THE BUREAU OF STREETS BUDGET OF THE <br />BUREAU OF STREETS BUDGET OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE <br />HIGHWAY FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption <br />of the existing budget in the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund, so that it is now <br />necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original <br />budget for the various functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed for Account Number 370.0 within <br />the Bureau of Streets budget, in the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund budget to assure <br />that department's ability to properly perform its functions; and <br />WHEREAS, an unappropriated surplus exists in the Motor Vehicle Highway <br />Fund; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I.
