ORDINANCE NO. '1,,()O% ?(c <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,000 FROM THE <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND, FOR VARIOUS <br />PLANNING ACTIVITIES, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS URBAN <br />OBSERVATORY PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources in the <br />name of the City of South Bend has received the approval of <br />the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development <br />to execute certain activities to improve the City's planning <br />and management capabilities. Said Community Development <br />funds are necessary as payment of non - federal share to the <br />Urban Observatory Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />Section i. That the sum of $4,000 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year from July 1, 1976, to June 30, 1977, from the <br />Community Development Fund. This appropriation is to be <br />administered by the Urban Observatory Program and will be <br />distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM CD - 76 - 1000 <br />URBAN OBSERVATORY PROGRAM <br />PURPOSE AMOUNT <br />Local share S 4,000 <br />SECTION II.
